1.
Students are required to
attend all lectures, classes and tests and to submit written work as required
by lecturers and tutors.

Meritorious Islamabad
Academy reserves the right to expel a student if he/she does not full the above
requirements or for behavior disruptive to the general conduct of the Academy.
In such cases no refund of fees.
3. Enrolment
for a course, together with
the payment of
the required deposit,
creates a binding agreement to complete the course and
to pay the full fees.
4. Fees are not refundable except, if a student
wishes to withdraw from a course prior to starting of course, a full refund
will be made with the deduction of administration fee. The cancellation must be
made in writing prior to the starting date of course (or within one week of
starting).

Courses will take place only if justified by demand.
6. While course start and
end dates are not expected to change, the academy reserves the right to alter
dates in order to facilitate or improve the provision of the course and its
examinations. These changes will in no way affect the other terms and
conditions of the student's contract with the academy.
7. The academy Prospectus and website is correct at the time of
publication but is subject to alteration.
8. Jobs will be given only if students get more than 80% marks in all
assignments and depend upon availability of jobs.
